An already performing rental, we've acquired this property from a slumlord who neglected his sewer system to the point where raw sewage flooded the basement. We quickly repaired and sanitized the area, providing our tenant with a clean and safe place to live with her young daughter.

Our flagship project, we recently decided to convert this beautiful, down to the studs 3000 sqft rehab into a high end, luxury rental.

Our first investment in the working class Martindale Brightwood neighborhood. We decided to rent this to a single mother of 3, who was displaced when her landlord of 5+ years decided to sell his house to a house flipper.

Go Colts! This Colt's inspired flip project boasts the best Indy has to offer. Steps from the Indiana Fairgrounds, located along the famed Monon Trail, and just a 10 minute drive from downtown, this property has all that an Indy young professional or new family would ask for. 

We acquired this brick bungalow in pristine condition. With some light cosmetic work, we already have a healthcare worker lined up to rent this property above market rent in Dec '21.

A small property with a lot of work needed. This project will take some months, but will bring strong positive cashflow in the stable Martindale Brightwood working class neighborhood.

We were too busy to take this project on ourselves and decided to sell this property to a fellow investor. This was inevitably the first step that kicked off our national investing campaign (see Our National Projects for more details).

Where it all began. Our first flip project took over a year to complete, but came with all the lessons and profits to launch our business to the multifaceted success it is today.
